Two days
We’ve recently been really busy, either as a family or individually. I’m not sure what sort of bee I got up my butt, but we’ve have stuff planned almost every work night and there have been several weekends recently where we’ve had 3 or 4 events scheduled per day.
I’ve been feeling a little ‘activitied’ out, so it was lovely to realize on Saturday that we had absolutely nothing to do. It was also great timing given that we only got home from the musical ride at 11pm.
Funny enough, we got home from Canada Day around 11 last night and today was another lazy day with nothing planned.
The best part of both days was that not only did we have nothing planned, but we also managed to avoid ‘busying’ up the days. Sure we did things, we even left the house. But it was to do things like this:
We need more weekends like that.

A day of kite flying sounds like a great end to a long weekend.
It really, really was.
That’s just exactly what I would love to do with my days off.
