I’m losing it again today!
I’ve got a post up at Losing It In Ottawa today. I’m going to call it my foundation post. I’ve spent the past week tracking my food and activity (what little of that there is) and I’ve made some minor adjustments in terms of over all caloric intake. But most importantly I’ve gotten used to the tools and I’ve gotten in the habit of tracking everything I do. I can now move on to improving my activities and tweaking my food intake (something that seemed overwhelming last week).
